DorsivaRelief is an Australian business based in South Australia. Our products ship from our overseas fulfilment partners.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to a wide range of countries. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we deliver to you before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if you contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that your order may already be in transit, but you can still return it for a full refund once it arrives.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every electrical product comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. If something stops working as it should, email us with your order number and a short description or photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or damage from use outside the instructions provided.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Prices on our site are shown in Australian dollars. For orders delivered outside Australia, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office on arrival. These charges are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility. Contact your local customs office for details.
